Welcome to Gardeners Neasden. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our gardening services. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Services Provided

We offer a range of gardening services, including but not limited to:

Garden Design and Planning
Lawn Maintenance
Planting and Pruning
Weed Control
Seasonal Cleanup

All services are performed in a professional manner, adhering to industry standards.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due as follows:

Upfront Fees: Some services may require an initial payment before commencement.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon methods.
Late Payments: A late fee of 5% may be applied to overdue invoices.

Invoices will be sent upon completion of services or as per the agreed schedule.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the service cost.

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

Services not rendered due to our inability to perform them.
Substantial dissatisfaction with the quality of work, subject to verification.

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service completion.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

Provide access to the property during scheduled service times.
Ensure that the work area is free from hazards.
Communicate any specific requirements or preferences clearly.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may affect the quality and timeliness of the services provided.

Liabilities

While we strive to deliver excellent services, Gardeners Neasden is not liable for:

Pre-existing conditions or issues within the garden that are not addressed in the service agreement.
Damage resulting from unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather events.
Indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Gardeners Neasden, including designs, plans, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.

Changes to Terms

Gardeners Neasden reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our official communication channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
